Much of this has been previously released at this point, in one place or another, but as whole this comp is a perfect intro to great stuff if ya don't already know.

Audio Mjao is Christian Niva of Sweden. Often really, really clever & catchy, yeah, but more than that his stuff is unique, diverse, & interesting. You may find yourself playing this ep ten times straight for days on end. This is normal. It's fairly short (13.6 minutes, 5 songs) and it's like candy. Just go with it, you need your fix.

A few years back the IFF, led by Marc Hug, were most known for organizing and performing at Galactique, a popular series of West Philly multiroom crackhouse-like ghetto-raves (complete with 40s and a chillout room upstairs), not to mention the yearly trips to Burning Man and other massive fringe events. Around 2003, with some new members and a new approach, they shipped off to L.A., then hit some heavy touring. Marc Hug is now back east in Brooklyn, and this is the new sound of the IFF.
